




Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Law, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies in Financial Management or Real Estate Contract Management are a plus. * Conduct negotiations with landlords, acting as an intermediary between the company and landlords to reach agreements according to predefined parameters (lease renewals | commercial negotiations and renegotiations, contract termination / property handovers); * Validate and monitor payment flows, including rent, IPTU (urban property tax), condominium fees, and other costs associated with the lease agreement; * Gather documentation related to contracts and property legalization to support internal departments in regularizing properties and contracts; * Liaise with specialized consulting firms handling contract negotiations, maintaining consistent communication and effective follow-up through reporting.
