Job Summary: Procurement professional responsible for managing quotations, negotiations, and purchases of materials and services, including supplier selection and process optimization. Focus on performance analysis and cost optimization **Responsibilities:** Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of materials, supplies, and services; Analyze commercial proposals and select suppliers based on price, delivery time, quality, and payment terms; Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules; Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers; Control and update supplier and product databases; Monitor procurement department performance indicators (costs, delivery times, savings); Support the drafting of contracts and strategic negotiations; Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures; Collaborate with requesting departments to efficiently meet their needs. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; Experience in procurement or supply chain; Knowledge of negotiation processes and supplier management; Familiarity with ERP systems; Intermediate Office suite proficiency, especially Excel; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in strategic procurement for electrical products; Knowledge of cost analysis and contract management; Experience with performance indicators (KPIs); Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Behavioral Competencies:** Negotiation skills; Organization and attention to detail; Proactivity and sense of urgency; Ability to work under deadlines; Strong interpersonal skills.
