How about being part of this energy? \#JoinMoura! **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your day-to-day at Moura:*** * Serve as the primary customer contact for order tracking and other customer service-related requests; * Receive and enter orders into SAP; * Monitor and conduct follow-up on orders with the factory and other departments involved in the supply chain to ensure compliance with agreed delivery timelines; * Ensure the customer’s standard operating procedures are followed according to departmental guidelines; * Prepare and send weekly reports to customers detailing the status of orders in the pipeline; * Collaborate with the commercial team to support customer service-related requests; * Develop management reports on customer service performance indicators and present them to supervision; * Analyze contract processes, quotations, commercial proposals, and scope of supply (products and services); * Assess customer profiles and needs to propose improvements in service delivery; * Conduct alignment meetings with customers; * Interact with customers and sales teams to understand forecasted consumption demand; * Lead improvement initiatives aimed at ensuring complete end-customer satisfaction. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What we’re looking for:*** ***Education:*** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. ***Skills:*** * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Basic knowledge of SAP. ***You’ll stand out if you have:*** * Availability to work onsite in Recife; * Experience in project management; * Experience in B2B customer service, customer success, commercial roles, or related areas is desirable. **Additional Information** ***What we offer:*** In our distinct Moura way, we believe people are the energy that drives the future.
