**Job Responsibilities:** * Design and execute Max Shop’s inbound marketing strategy, aligned with the commercial calendar (seasonal dates, in-house campaigns), annual marketing plan, and store sales objectives; * Define and monitor the customer journey, focusing on Discovery, Engagement, and Conversion (in-store traffic / WhatsApp / sales); * Develop inbound workflows targeting local audiences, repeat purchases, and promotional dates; * Strategically plan content for social media, WhatsApp, blog/landing pages, and seasonal campaigns; * Create content calendars that connect: trends, promotions, and the audience’s daily life; * Collaborate closely with designers, social media specialists, and store teams, prioritizing commercially oriented content—not just institutional content. * Develop lead generation strategies and nurture workflows; * Design relationship-building campaigns; * Operate and optimize inbound marketing tools; * Build simple and efficient automations for message distribution; * Performance and data analysis—track key metrics such as: Leads generated, Email open rate and click-through rate, In-store traffic conversion; * Produce analytical reports and propose data-driven continuous improvement. **Technical Skills:** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; * Prior experience as an Inbound or Digital Marketing Analyst; * Practical knowledge of: Inbound Marketing, Marketing Automation, CRM, WhatsApp Marketing, Performance Metrics; * Basic understanding of paid traffic (a plus). **Behavioral Skills:** * Analytical mindset with commercial acumen; * Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks; * Proactivity and ownership mentality; * Strong written and strategic communication skills; * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Work Schedule:** * 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
