Coach leaders in developing their teams and managing people. Strengthen organizational culture and promote communication and alignment across departments. Monitor HR performance indicators and initiatives. Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in HR processes. Structure, implement, and consolidate strategic people management practices and processes. Previous experience as HR Manager, HR Supervisor, Senior HR Analyst, or Organizational Development Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
