About the position We are looking for a **Growth Analyst** to drive lead acquisition and retention strategies, enhance our digital channels, and optimize our conversion funnels. This person will be instrumental in scaling our impact through data analysis, experimentation, and continuous innovation. Key Responsibilities * Develop, execute, and optimize growth strategies for lead acquisition and retention; * Monitor and improve campaign performance (organic and paid), funnels, and lead nurturing flows; * Design, test, and scale experiments focused on CAC, LTV, ROI, and churn; * Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to build sustainable growth initiatives; * Track performance metrics (Google Analytics, RD Station, Meta Ads, etc.); * Conduct user behavior analysis and audience segmentation; * Use automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms to identify opportunities and bottlenecks. Requirements **Mandatory:** * Experience with growth strategies or performance-focused digital marketing; * Proficiency in funnel metrics, CAC, LTV, ROI, churn, etc.; * Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, RD Station, or similar; * Analytical, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
