We provide consulting services, software development, and technical support for companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Perform diagnostics, corrective and preventive maintenance on computers and laptops. Replace and install hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, screens, keyboards, cards, etc.). Format, configure, and install Windows operating systems and corporate tools. Provide on-site user support for IT incidents related to hardware and software. Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with safety standards. Position requires work in Passo Fundo / RS.
