




Job Description: * Currently enrolled in or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, reporting). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and discipline in verifying information. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment handling multiple simultaneous tasks. * Support administrative and operational processes related to customer service, sales, and telecom operations. * Monitor and validate contracts, service orders, and customer requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies. * Track productivity metrics and generate periodic reports for business units. * Support sales and operations teams with information regarding billing, delinquency, cancellations, and reconnections. * Ensure accurate and timely information flow across departments (Customer Service, Finance, Sales, Technical). * Handle internal requests (ticket creation, follow-up on pending items, deadlines, and SLA adherence). * Propose process improvements for backoffice operations to enhance efficiency and reduce rework. 2512170202551870864
