Lead management and contract preparation **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in customer service and negotiation. * Experience with management/commercial systems (registration, billing, customer service). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel at intermediate level). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing initial service and qualification. Conduct sales and negotiations, focusing on contract closing; receive and manage leads; prepare contracts and register customers/prospects in internal systems. Operate registration, billing, and customer service systems. Extract data from systems, generate reports and charts, and monitor commercial KPIs.
