Supermarket seeking a Marketing Analyst in Fortaleza. **Responsibilities:** Plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities aligned with the annual marketing plan and store promotional calendar. Develop and implement digital and institutional marketing strategies focused on brand visibility, customer engagement, and customer retention. Produce, plan, and edit videos for social media. Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics, evaluate campaign results, prepare reports, and propose improvement actions to achieve targets. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and support events and internal marketing initiatives, tracking trends, obtaining quotations, and supporting internal and operational activities within the department. Support the sales department in creating strategic initiatives to increase sales and product turnover. Perform other duties related to the position. Previous experience as Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or Marketing Manager may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
