




**We currently have an opening for a customer service position at Parque Arvorar!** **What do you need to have?** Completed high school education; Basic customer service knowledge; Basic first aid knowledge; Strong communication skills; Availability to work **from 9:00 AM to 5:20 PM, on a 6-days-on/1-day-off rotating schedule**. **Your Mission:** Provide instructions along the park trail, guiding visitors regarding attraction locations and park rules; Provide guidance in the Arvorismo area and the park’s net zone concerning usage conditions and rules; Follow daily instructions from your immediate supervisor regarding assigned duties; Report incidents to your immediate supervisor for appropriate action; Conduct inspections following a pre-determined checklist prior to operations, among other duties inherent to the position. **What do we offer you?** On-site meal allowance; Company-provided transportation; Basic food basket; Medical and dental assistance; Life insurance; Psychological, nutritional, and prenatal care support programs; Discounts at universities and partner institutions; Park admission (on days off, using your ID badge).
