




Responsibilities: 1. Support the Production Manager in planning activities for the production area. 2. Supervise and comply with all directives from immediate superiors; 3. Verify whether team members are following work procedures and instructions (standard audit); 4. Train team members (employees holding operational positions); 5. Supervise employees involved in the production process according to procedures and instructions, observing quality policy, environmental care, and safety requirements; 6. Monitor attendance of personnel under supervision, reporting to higher-level supervisors and HR as applicable; 7. Evaluate performance of personnel under supervision; 8. Prepare incident reports related to production supervision activities; 9. Ensure the industrial area under supervision remains clean and organized; 10. Record and communicate to responsible parties the results of checklists, specifying items partially meeting or failing to meet process requirements; 11. Analyze the need for overtime during shifts, authorizing, controlling, recording, submitting to the Production Manager’s review, and informing HR; 12. Submit reports requested by immediate superiors; 13. Analyze and report to SESMT (Occupational Health and Safety Service) potential accident hazards for improvement actions; 14. Support the Production Manager in coordinating with Maintenance to schedule convenient times for equipment servicing; 15. Coordinate with Production to schedule convenient times for product changeover and cleaning on production lines; 16. At the end of each shift, inform the next supervisor of all issues that arose; 17. Inspect and validate quality records of the production process; 18. Request Maintenance to resolve equipment issues, whether electrical or mechanical; 19. Guide the team toward achieving results, monitoring their performance; 20. Identify training needs for the team and report them to higher-level supervisors and HR; 21. Authorize vehicle use outside regular hours—including nights, weekends, and holidays—for transporting employees, emergency medical assistance, and other work-related situations requiring assistance and use of company transportation; 22. Authorize meals for employees working overtime; 23. Attend monthly performance review meetings; 24. Comply with and enforce safety regulations as well as all other company policies; 25. Understand and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) policy; 26. Safeguard company assets, information security, and corporate image; 27. Monitor production process records; 28. Monitor quality of finished and in-process products; 29. Monitor problems affecting the production process and correct minor defects; 30. Monitor employee conduct within company premises; 31. Monitor team absenteeism and implement preventive and corrective actions; 32. Monitor team compliance with safety regulations; 33. Monitor quality, consumption, and stock levels of clay; 34. Track indicator generation and goal achievement. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Solid experience as a Production Supervisor; * Experience in this industry segment is an advantage; * Availability to work rotating shifts.
