




**Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for conducting departmental analyses, supporting operations, controlling physical inventory, and analyzing system discrepancy reports. Responsible for KPI analysis. **Requirements and Responsibilities** ---------------------------------- 1. Responsible for analyzing and blocking discrepancies identified in cyclic counts; 2. Organize rotating inventories and local checks—from methodology definition, team organization, report preparation, to auditor support—to ensure accuracy of results and adherence to agreed deadlines; 3. Compare physical count results with system data to identify potential discrepancies; 4. Responsible for requesting client approval of adjustments for SKUs with inventory discrepancies; 5. Responsible for implementing adjustments approved by the client; 6. Track adjustment justifications entered into the Manhattan system; 7. Ensure customer inventory reliability through analysis, correcting possible errors, and advising/developing more efficient order-picking processes with the operations process owner; 8. Clarify doubts and prepare formal opinions for customers in cases of inventory discrepancies or damages, seeking resolution and root-cause minimization; 9. Respond to internal customer requests by verifying product availability and performing block/unblock actions as needed; 10. Maintain KPI tracking records; 11. Conduct end-to-end inventories periodically; 12. Support operational processes whenever required; 13. Develop necessary internal controls to ensure inventory integrity; 14. Place products on Hold per client request; 15. Monitor warehouse occupancy levels; 16. Analyze qualitative and quantitative non-conformities; 17. Respond to complaints arising from operational errors; 18.
