Its focus is to help organizations optimize their hiring and talent development processes. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise the sales team, monitoring goals and performance indicators. Develop prospecting and new client acquisition strategies. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure CRM updates. Prepare and review commercial proposals, conducting strategic negotiations. Conduct client meetings and institutional presentations. Monitor post\-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze market and competition to identify opportunities. Integrate marketing, production, and operations departments to align event deliverables. Participate in events and represent the company in commercial activities. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, Marketing Coordinator, or Customer Service Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
