We seek a professional committed to education, organized, and with leadership qualities to monitor students' pedagogical progress and support their academic development as well as the quality of the unit's educational processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and develop pedagogical activities focused on early childhood education; * Monitor students' pedagogical development; * Plan and implement actions aimed at improving academic performance; * Track attendance, academic performance, and educational indicators; * Organize mock exams, pedagogical meetings, and other academic activities; * Prepare pedagogical reports and records; * Support the Pedagogical Coordination team with unit\-level requirements; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of educational processes. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Pedagogy**; * Experience in the educational field will be considered an advantage; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and ease working in teams; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Proactive, responsible, and results\-oriented profile; * Availability for on\-site work in **Fortaleza \- CE**. **Work Location** Fortaleza \- CE.
