Oversee the distribution of PPEs and uniforms. Provide data for payroll preparation and conduct payroll verification. Submit information related to onboarding and offboarding processes. Monitor company departments, including job description drafting and performance evaluation. Manage conflicts. Request benefits such as transportation allowance, meal allowance, and health insurance. Support other administrative HR activities. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Junior HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or HR Intern may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
