Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintaining quality standards in drink preparation and service speed, ensuring bar and product organization and inspection. Key Highlights: 1. Drink preparation and service acceleration 2. Maintaining bar quality standards 3. Inspection and organization of products and utensils Maintain quality standards through drink preparation and expedite customer drink requests. * Implement 5S practices – wash, clean, and organize the bar; * Inspect the condition of utensils; * Verify the bar's *mise en place*; * Inspect products before serving customers, checking appearance, utensils, etc.; * Prepare drinks according to technical specifications; * Label ingredients and products; * Record spoilage; * Portioning.
