An environment that values initiative and willingness to learn. **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist in organizing and archiving physical and digital documents; * Complete simple spreadsheets (e.g., attendance tracking, lists, and registrations); * Support telephone, in-person, and email communication with basic guidance and referrals; * Digitize, print, assemble folders, and organize administrative materials; * Update records in internal systems and databases; * Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and internal events. **Basic Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Age between 18 and 22 years (per apprenticeship program guidelines); * Interest in pursuing a career in administration; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer literacy; * Organizational ability, initiative, and willingness to learn; * Availability to fulfill the apprenticeship program’s scheduled working hours; * Commitment to administrative rules, deadlines, and routines.
