Here, we value human-centered service, active listening, and the establishment of lasting relationships with our customers. **Work Model:** On-site **Work Location:** Fortaleza \- CE **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Business Agent, your main responsibilities will include: * Providing consultative service to both existing and prospective customers, identifying their needs and guiding them on available service channels; * Supporting branch operational and administrative routines, such as account opening, customer record updates, and forwarding requests; * Promoting and offering suitable financial solutions, as well as bank products and services—including investments, insurance, consortia, and credit; * Contributing to customer loyalty and satisfaction by strengthening the relationship with the bank. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Aptitude for public-facing customer service.
