That is what drives us and pushes us beyond—every single day! **Become a Confiant and join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist in executing administrative tasks to facilitate sales and preserve company assets. ACTIVITIES Commercial Fleet * Assist in registering, transferring, and controlling the commercial fleet. * Assist in controlling projects in SLA and the Asset Management Module, performing necessary updates and transfers. * Request issuance of invoices (NFs) for asset dispatch or return. * Assist in continuous improvement of systems, automation, and AI-powered tools and workflows. * Collaborate to ensure the Commercial Department’s processes align with the Quality Management System (QMS), helping maintain internal process compliance and quality. Private Backoffice * Assist in managing and organizing logistics for demonstration equipment, supporting control and movement of these items. * Monitor sales team activities, tracking progress of negotiations and processes within the sales pipeline. * Assist in administrative activities related to sales, leasing, and demonstrations—from order entry through final delivery. * Support scheduling and follow-up of weekly meetings between the Commercial and Production Planning & Control (PCP) teams, helping ensure deadlines and action items are met. * Contribute to spreadsheet development and data collection, as well as organizing information relevant to management analysis and decision-making. * Collaborate to ensure the Commercial Department’s processes align with the Quality Management System (QMS), helping maintain internal process compliance and quality. **Note:** Incumbents of this position may focus only on a portion of the responsibilities listed above. **Requirements and Qualifications** What is essential: * Completed high school education; * Availability to work 6 hours per day, with flexible scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., according to company needs; * Age between 18 and 22 years old; * Must reside in Fortaleza/CE.
