Responsibilities: Lead retail commercial operations; Supervise store management teams; Ensure implementation of commercial strategy, achievement of targets, and store process standardization; Guarantee excellence in customer service, sales performance, profitability, and brand strengthening at the point of sale; Align commercial management with headquarters; Conduct performance routines, leader development, and indicator analysis; Implement tactical actions to improve conversion rate, average transaction value, product mix, margin, and customer loyalty. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields; Prior experience in supervisory roles; Experience in fashion, accessories, leather, or footwear sectors; Driver’s license category B and personal vehicle; Preferred: CRM tools, goal-tracking systems, and dashboards (advanced Excel and/or BI); Preferred: courses focused on leadership, retail, visual merchandising, and sales techniques.
