Viana’s Pet Shop Group, a market reference in the pet industry in Fortaleza and the metropolitan region, is hiring a **Store Manager** to lead and drive the unit’s results, ensuring excellence in customer service, team management, and retail operations. Responsibilities * Manage the store’s daily operations, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. * Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, operators, and support departments. * Monitor performance indicators, revenue targets, and profitability. * Perform inventory control, cyclical inventory counts, and support merchandise logistics. * Ensure proper execution of campaigns, promotions, and store visual standards. * Conduct cash register opening and closing, monitor cash withdrawals and deposits. * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and upkeep. * Comply with and enforce company internal procedures. * Carry out **other activities** inherent to store management.
