




**Description:** Coordinate maintenance services for the company’s machines and equipment. Coordinate the administrative service team, identifying required resources. Supervise all service-related activities to deliver high-quality service and exceed customer expectations; Represent the company and its service team, presenting the product and service portfolio to customers and the broader market, fostering customer/company interaction in the after-sales area; Monitor all services performed by technicians and manage their schedules; Act as intermediary for technical inquiries from customers to the service department; Monitor and guide the team regarding warranty processes with John Deere factory. Manage the implementation of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance procedures via systems and schedules to ensure machine and equipment quality and proper operation; Develop PDI (Performance Development Interviews) for direct reports, support execution, and track progress to foster team development; Identify training and development needs; Plan and monitor operational indicators; Engage with customers through visits, diagnosing variables to improve services and develop new requirements; Analyze and optimize departmental processes according to internal company policies and customer needs; Monitor financial performance, evaluating contracts based on profitability and proposing measures to ensure operational financial results; Issue technical and management reports, prepare managerial/executive presentations; Prospect new service opportunities for the network, retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones; Conduct visits to branches and strategic customers.
