Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe. \#VemSerAlvoarLácteos **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead material planning via MRP, ensuring consistency among demand, Master Production Schedule (MPS), Bill of Materials (BOM), and inventory policies. * Support direction and procurement of pallets across all manufacturing plants. * Perform MRP configuration and maintenance (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, calendars, production and logistics constraints). * Plan and monitor the availability of critical inputs in the dairy industry. * Assess impacts of perishability, shelf life, seasonality, and milk intake fluctuations on material planning. * Collaborate closely with IBP cycles, actively participating in operational stages. * Develop and analyze MRP scenarios to support short-, medium-, and long-term decisions (M\+1, M\+3, M\+9\). * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as: Inventory coverage and turnover; MRP adherence; Stockouts and overstocks. * Identify supply risks and propose contingency plans jointly with Procurement and Operations. * Serve as the technical reference for the team, supporting mid- and junior-level analysts in interpreting and executing MRP. * Support the Procurement area with forward-looking purchase insights, strategic negotiations, and supplier contracts. * Prepare analytical reports and executive materials for presentations in IBP forums and decision-making committees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed postgraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; * Preferred specialization in Supply Chain or Planning; * Experience in material planning, MRP, and industrial environments; * Prior experience in the food or dairy industry is a plus; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Proficiency in MRP within ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Totvs or similar); * Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; * Desired knowledge of APS and advanced simulations; * APICS/CSCP, IBF or similar certifications are a plus; * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Group life insurance; * Partnerships with institutions; * Unimed health plan; * Optional dental plan; * Dairy Benefit; * Online store for discounted product purchases; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on goal achievement.
