Job Summary: A paid traffic professional responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns; generating qualified leads; and collaborating within a team, with a strong focus on results and metric analysis. Collaborative environment and growth-oriented culture **Job Mission:** * Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube * Generate qualified leads for the sales team with a focus on ROI * Segment audiences based on ICP (rural producers – soybean, corn, etc.) * Work closely with copywriters, designers, and the sales team * Produce weekly reports with key metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CAC * Test creatives, landing pages, and funnels to scale top-performing results **Requirements:** * Experience with paid traffic (Meta Ads and Google Ads) * Ability to read and interpret performance metrics * Proficiency in A/B testing, pixels, events, and tagging * Analytical, responsible, and results-driven profile * Basic knowledge of copywriting and sales funnels **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience running campaigns for agribusiness, consulting firms, or B2B services * Knowledge of CRM systems and integrations with automation tools (e.g., RD Station, Zapier) * Familiarity with strategies for acquiring qualified leads **What We Offer:** * Bonus tied to CPL targets and opportunity generation * Autonomy to test and scale strategies * Participation in strategic projects with the executive team * Collaborative environment and growth-oriented culture Job Type: Full-time Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
