Daily responsibilities: * Develop comprehensive and ongoing content strategies across the ecosystem (Blog, social media, events, educational platform, and podcast); * Define and map KPIs to measure quality; * Structure storytelling for content; * Direct the operational/work model of customer support, focusing on efficiency and scalability; * Ensure organization of training requests and plan priorities, resources, and which needs will be addressed—critically analyzing key operational indicators; * Manage partnerships with influencers, the market, associations, and official channels, consistently presenting researched information, drawing implications, and deriving learnings from gathered facts; * Develop campaign strategies (Communication Planning), covering the professional’s journey, message planning, and channel selection—always directing actions based on data and KPIs; * Support the creation and implementation of communication workflows and CRM; * Collaborate with agencies and various company departments, providing support and strengthening relationships.
