We are MIX LOGÍSTICA LTDA, a genuinely 100% Ceará-based company operating in freight transportation and logistics services for food and general goods. We transport products and goods from various Brazilian industries to supply wholesalers, retailers, and medium- and large-sized supermarkets across the state of Ceará. Our company is located in Maracanaú, in the metropolitan region of Fortaleza. Today, we operate a Logistics Operations Center covering a total area of 12\.000 M², including a warehouse with 8\.000 M² of built-up area. We currently employ approximately 50 staff members, distributed across our internal and external operations. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Providing external market customer service during field sales visits, acting as an interface for problem resolution and information dissemination; * Ensuring achievement of commercial targets through implementation of guidelines, policies, and actions for sales promoters; * Assisting the manager in developing and monitoring the Trade Marketing Plan, ensuring execution aligns with the plan; * Preparing merchandising communication materials; * Supporting the sales promoters team; * Monitoring sales promoters’ execution; * Analyzing and developing team motivation and technical training initiatives; * Monitoring production and distribution of merchandising materials; **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; Join the MIX team!
