**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** We are seeking a candidate to join our Controlling team at our Pacajus – CE unit, in an on-site format. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the mapping and redesign of administrative processes, covering areas such as procurement, finance, human resources, and supply chain. Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements, as well as developing flowcharts and process documentation—including procedures, instructions, and standards. This work will contribute to process standardization and formalization. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Collect and analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements; * Support the mapping and redesign of administrative processes (e.g., procurement, finance, HR, supply chain); * Assist in developing flowcharts and process documentation (procedures, instructions, standards); * Contribute to process standardization and procedure development; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans; * Support training sessions, internal engagement campaigns, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful implementation; * Complete reports requested by Corporate and other stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate English proficiency preferred; * Experience with Integrated Systems (e.g., SAP); * Knowledge of Power BI; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); * Knowledge of finance and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, Ishikawa, etc.); * Ability to effectively communicate results; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams; Strong analytical capability and logical reasoning. * **Additional Information** Competitive benefits package aligned with market standards. **Smurfit Westrock**, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging conversion facilities and 62 paper mills.
