Description

Job Summary: Install air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems; conduct safety inspections; monitor on-site activities; supervise teams; and manage construction waste. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems. 2. Conducting safety inspections and supervision, as well as team oversight. 3. Investigating incidents and generating technical non-conformance reports. Work on construction sites for the installation of air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems. Conduct on-site safety inspections, as well as inspections of machinery and equipment installations; Monitor on-site activities, PPE distribution, and supervise correct usage and compliance enforcement; Supervise safety practices for third-party and contracted teams; Site integration; Monitor disposal destinations of construction waste; incident reporting; Site inspections; Generate technical evaluation reports on non-conformances at construction sites; Monitor implementation of PPRA, PCMSO, etc.; Investigate incidents and prepare monthly statistical reports; Other duties relevant to the position.
