Job Summary: Assists with guest check-in/check-out, luggage handling, room inspection, and convenience store management. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with guest check-in and check-out 2. Room inspection and guidance on equipment usage **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Assisting with guest check\-in and check\-out** Help complete entry documentation; assist elderly guests and those with special needs; provide guidance regarding hotel policies and facilities. * **Luggage handling** Carefully transport guests' luggage, organizing and collecting bags by size and priority. Escort guests to their rooms, open the door, introduce the room, inspect equipment, and verify other details. * **Room inspection** Conduct a full-room check, including minibar, equipment, and other details.
