For the **Sales Associate** position at Decathlon, we operate across the following sports universes: Gym and Fitness Water Sports Boxing and Martial Arts Racquet Sports Camping, Hiking and Snow Sports Surfing and Beach Sports Team Sports Cycling Skateboarding, Roller Skating and Scooters Running and Walking Table Tennis and Ping Pong Fishing and Equestrian Yoga **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are the main responsibilities?** * Deliver effective customer service to sports enthusiasts, achieving optimal sales by understanding customers' purchasing needs and fostering loyalty; * Ensure attractive product display, including restocking, replenishment, organization, and performance; * Support the store fitting room, organizing it and assisting customers when necessary; * Operate the cash register. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Completed high school education * Availability to work on weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule * Passion for sports * Retail experience is considered a plus **What do we expect from our team members?** * Believe in the joys and benefits of sport * Be action- and challenge-oriented * Be passionate about customer satisfaction * Value teamwork and collective effort * Be proactive and entrepreneurial * Be responsible and autonomous **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** * DecaPack: Monthly salary, transportation allowance, meal voucher or food allowance, medical and dental insurance, Dra.
