Information is consolidated into a single environment and used to support more consistent credit decisions—always in conjunction with financial, legal, and behavioral data. * **AgFlow:** A credit pipeline responsible for structuring and organizing the credit analysis and decision-making journey—from registration to formalization. * **CredAcademy:** Training for professionals seeking authority over agricultural credit. **What You’ll Do Here:** * Lead frontend initiatives technically—participating in scope definition, technical approach, execution, and delivery—without formal people management responsibilities. * Define, structure, and evolve frontend standards—including domain-driven organization, componentization, guidelines, reviews, and testing. * Consistently ensure performance, code quality, and regression prevention throughout the development lifecycle. * Mentor mid-level developers through pairing, formative code reviews, and continuous technical guidance. * Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, supporting decisions and trade-offs between user experience, timeline, and technical risk. * Diagnose and resolve complex frontend bugs and incidents, ensuring application stability and reliability. **What We Expect From You:** * Solid experience with **React and/or Next.js and/or Vue**, with practical mastery of **TypeScript**. * Ability to design scalable solutions—going beyond implementation to consider product maintenance and evolution. * Experience with testing strategies and quality pipelines, such as linting, CI, and end-to-end testing where applicable. * Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor other developers. * Comfort working in dynamic environments characteristic of startups, including interaction with legacy systems. **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators):** * Experience building **design systems** and governing components. * Experience with **frontend observability**, using tools such as Sentry, monitoring, logging, and tracing where applicable. * Experience with **gradual frontend migrations** (e.g., Vue to React) and rollout strategies.
