Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals — and even more about yourself. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Perform maintenance activities across assigned areas, adhering to company-defined technical procedures and consistently focusing on quality and productivity. * Specifically perform mechanical maintenance on equipment and facilities in industrial support areas, complying with technical standards and procedures established by the company, Maintenance Engineering, or technology suppliers. * Work rotating shifts when required. * Provide necessary information for planning routine activities, PGs, and PPs. * Mentor less experienced professionals regarding compliance with technical procedures, safety, and environmental standards. * Act as a facilitator for third-party teams at Suzano Paper and Pulp’s site. * Work on demand at other Suzano Group units. * Comply with service planning and scheduling, as well as respond to unplanned services when necessary. * Ensure proper lubrication of industrial equipment and monitor leaks and spills. * Perform basic boiler-making, welding, and shearing activities, provided they fall within your skills and qualifications. * Perform maintenance on tools, as well as organize and maintain them. * Conduct inspections, analyses, and minor adjustments on equipment in operational areas and workshops, correcting minor issues and, where possible, generating service requests when needed. * Perform cargo handling operations while respecting applicable regulations. * Comply with safety (LPT), quality, and environmental procedures. * Use the corporate ERP system to create maintenance work orders, process maintenance orders, manage spare parts inventory, access equipment technical lists, and utilize other resources available under your user access credentials. * Generate service execution reports and related SAP reports. * Understand measurable control parameters (KPIs) for your area and act convergently to meet your targets. * Provide accurate, consistent, and timely information to your superiors. * Know and apply SIG procedures and standards essential to performing tasks and operating throughout internal facilities, as mandated by occupational health and safety regulations. * Complete all safety training courses listed in your training matrix and only perform actions after certification. * Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care. * Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines. * Encourage appropriate use of PPE and exercise of the right to refuse unsafe work in situations involving serious risk, fostering proposals for control solutions. * Ensure effective incident communication and implementation of necessary corrective actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Someone who believes in our values; * Proactive; * Analytical mindset; * Proposes ideas and solutions. **WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Completed Elementary Education; * Completed Technical Education in Mechanics or related fields; * Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, including corrective and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment; **Additional Information** **WE MEAN MUCH MORE THAN JUST PAPER IN YOUR LIFE!** Healthcare benefits: Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance plans; Meal voucher or cafeteria access; Grocery allowance (VA); Additional VA at year-end; We understand fixed income is important, but we also offer extra income through our Annual Variable Compensation Program; For future planning, we provide Private Pension; We practice home office for corporate roles, flexible working hours, and casual dress code; To generate and share value, we offer e-learning courses and training on our digital platform, UniverSuzano; At Suzano, something is only good for us if it’s good for the world!
