Job Summary: A professional responsible for installing, operating, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications systems and equipment, including internet, TV, and telephone networks. Configuration of internet, TV, and company-provided solutions This professional is responsible for installation, operation, and preventive and corrective maintenance of telecommunications systems and equipment. They are qualified to install and repair internet, TV, telephone, and other related networks and equipment. They provide on-site technical support for customer and company equipment, troubleshoot and repair faults, lay cables and install equipment, adhering to technical, quality, health, safety, and environmental preservation standards. * Install, maintain, and repair internal and external fiber optic networks. * Lay cables and install equipment on poles, buildings, rooftops, ceilings, and towers in compliance with technical and safety standards. * Fulfill customer service orders, adhering to scheduled appointments and deadlines. * Perform technical diagnostics, identify faults, and implement corrections on networks and equipment. * Install and configure broadband internet, TV, and other solutions offered by the company. * Create user access and perform network configurations according to technical standards. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on company and customer equipment. * Provide on-site technical support, clarify customer queries, and present appropriate solutions. * Record and close service requests with clear and objective information in internal systems. * Use corporate and operational tools and systems in accordance with internal norms and procedures. * Operate company vehicles for travel and external service delivery. * Strictly comply with quality, occupational safety, PPE usage, and environmental guidelines. * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor.
