




We are looking for a Scenic Designer to join our agency’s creative and operations team. The selected candidate will develop projects for activations, events, point-of-sale (POS) environments, and scenic design—ensuring functional, aesthetic solutions aligned with brand requirements. We seek an organized, curious, detail-oriented, and motivated individual eager to work in a dynamic environment connected with consumers, trends, and experiential marketing. **Responsibilities** * Develop scenic design, activation, brand space, and environmental projects. * Design façades and POS adaptations (kiosks, stores, interventions, and branding applications). * Create booth, exhibition, totem, and other live marketing structural projects. * Conduct technical site visits to measure spaces and assess structures and environments. * Produce floor plans, sections, elevations, 2D/3D layouts, and technical models. * Prepare descriptive briefs, presentations, and supporting materials for project pitches. * Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, logistics) and external vendors (scenic construction, metalwork, electrical, printing, etc.). * Monitor project execution and installation to ensure compliance with the approved scope. * Assist in budgeting and file/material submission to production when required. **Requirements** * Completed or final-semester undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. * Prior experience (internship or junior role) in commercial architecture, scenic design, events, or related fields. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. * Experience in 3D modeling and rendering (V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent). * Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. * Strong ability to read, interpret, and produce technical drawings. * Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in live marketing, agencies, or production houses. * Basic knowledge of production processes and materials (MDF, metalwork, lighting) and understanding of assembly workflows. * Familiarity with Revit, Enscape, Rhino, or similar software. * Ability to propose creative, feasible, and rapid solutions aligned with tight deadlines and operational routines. **What We Offer** * A collaborative, dynamic environment focused on high-quality deliverables. * Involvement in diverse projects with highly visible brands. * Growth opportunities and hands-on participation across all stages: concept development, detailing, production, and installation. * Close collaboration with creative, production, and specialized vendor teams. **Work Mode** * Standard business hours.
