Prepare proposals and manage the entire contractual closing process. Manage your client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and contract renewals. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a **Sales Representative**. Experience in **technical services sales**, preferably in the elevator sector, building maintenance, or related fields. Strong negotiation, communication, and contract-closing skills.
