




We are looking for a proactive and organized **Cleaning Leader** to supervise our cleaning and hygiene team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are immaculate, guiding the team, managing material inventory, and guaranteeing adherence to schedules and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * **Team Management:** Assign daily tasks, organize work shifts, holidays, and cover for unexpected absences. * **Quality Control:** Inspect cleaned areas to ensure the company’s hygiene standards are maintained. * **Training:** Guide new employees on the correct use of PPEs, handling of chemical products, and operation of equipment (floor scrubbers, burnishers, etc.). * **Inventory Management:** Monitor material consumption, request product replenishment, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment. * **Client/Management Interface:** Report service progress, identify maintenance needs, and immediately resolve conflicts or complaints. Requirements and Qualifications * **Experience:** Proven prior experience in cleaning, preferably with a history of team leadership. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in chemical dilution, surface types, and commercial or industrial cleaning techniques (as applicable to your sector). * **Personal Skills:** Strong communication, respectful authority, agility in problem-solving, and attention to detail. * **Education:** Completed high school.
