Requires attention, concentration, and initiative Description: * Completed high school education; * Good interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability in assessing situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and ambulation throughout the operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving luggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, loading and unloading aircraft with luggage and cargo, flight-related signage, floor inspection and scanning to retrieve fallen objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Monitor aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Inspect and monitor luggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client's Manual or dnata's MGO; * Through reading luggage and cargo identification labels (with or without technological assistance), segregate items in airport sorting areas to load them onto storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for correct flights; * Load luggage and cargo into aircraft holds following regulations and procedures outlined in the MGO, including special handling instructions (e.g., fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable items); * Through reading volume identification labels, unload luggage and cargo and place them at designated locations (retrieval carousels); * Segregate luggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate inter-flight connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise cargo and luggage packaging to verify compliance with transportation requirements, ensuring flight safety and safety of personnel handling the items; * Correctly handle and properly allocate luggage and cargo into aircraft holds, observing internal restraint and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Perform equipment marshalling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent fuselage collisions; * Service aircraft within established timeframes per service type and airport classification; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical team; * Report any equipment malfunctions during operations to supervisors. 2511060202271574722
