If you have these qualities, apply for our vacancy. **Responsibilities:** * Register and update lead information in the system; * Make initial contact with potential customers promptly (phone, WhatsApp, email, or other applications); * Qualify leads according to defined criteria; * Route qualified leads to internal and/or external sales representatives; * Monitor sales funnel stages, ensuring timely response and follow-up within SLA; * Support performance reports and conversion metrics; * Adhere to established communication and customer service standards. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (preferably pursuing higher education in Administration, Marketing, or related fields); * Strong verbal and written communication skills – clarity, objectivity, and friendliness; * Experience in customer service or telemarketing; * Active listening and empathy – understanding customer needs and conveying trust; * Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Office suite.
