We are a group of 7 Honda motorcycle dealerships, the market-leading brand in the two-wheeler industry. Our operations are concentrated in the South and Extreme South of Bahia, in the cities of Eunápolis, Porto Seguro, Teixeira de Freitas, Itamaraju, Itabuna, Ilhéus, and Itapetinga, as well as surrounding municipalities. We are looking for a committed and dedicated professional to work as a **Process Analyst**. The employee will be responsible for supporting the Finance department by analyzing data and processes, KPIs, keeping the group's regulations and standards up to date, applying DTOs, training employees to implement new operational and/or administrative solutions. Work with databases in Excel, updating information, monitoring deliverables, and following up on project demands from corporate departments or group stores. **Requirements:** * Completed high school or ongoing higher education (Administration or related fields); * Experience in improvement, process, and quality areas; * Knowledge of administrative routines; * Advanced knowledge of Excel; * Basic knowledge of process management and improvement methodologies (Lean, PDCA, BPM); * Good verbal and written communication; * Logical reasoning; * Organization; * Analytical mindset.
