Job Summary: Serve as a key support link to the Course Coordination team, ensuring smooth academic processes and providing technical and administrative support to faculty and students. Your journey starts here! **Responsibilities and Duties** Act as the primary support link to the Course Coordination team, serving as the main point of contact for faculty and students regarding academic and administrative matters. Ensure seamless academic processes—from enrollment through course completion—guaranteeing proper execution of routines and providing technical support to instructors in using institutional academic management systems. Provide in-person student support (active and legacy students, both on-campus and distance learning). Record all interactions and follow-ups in the PAD system. Proactively identify and resolve issues, contributing to excellence in service delivery and enhancing the experience of students and faculty. Support faculty in using academic systems and other institutional tools. Monitor classroom organization, resource availability, and required teaching materials. Arrange classroom assignments for active classes, coordinating with cleaning, security, audiovisual, cafeteria, and parking services. Create WhatsApp groups to share class-related information and general updates (classroom assignments, building, and room numbers). Support logistics for academic and institutional events, including organizing coffee breaks and meeting other operational needs. Purchase travel tickets and accommodations for guest faculty from other locations (via Voll platform). Work with coordinators and faculty to process contract signings and submit invoices. Record student grades and attendance; submit support tickets for grade entry (for current and legacy students, when not entered by faculty within the stipulated deadline).
