Description:
* Completed undergraduate degree in Medicine;
* Completed medical residency or postgraduate degree in related fields;
* Specialization in Family Medicine will be considered an advantage;
* Master's and/or PhD will be considered an advantage;
* Knowledge of medical project-based approaches;
* Active learning methodologies;
* Dynamism;
* Passion for acquiring and sharing knowledge.
* Delivering regular curriculum lectures using active methodologies;
* Ensuring expository lectures and field activities;
* Contributing to student-student, student-instructor, and instructor-instructor interactions;
* Supporting the continuous development of case studies and encouraging students' self-directed learning;
* Guiding students' academic pathways and ensuring their learning;
* Ensuring full implementation of the program, including scheduled teaching hours, instructional days, and designated time slots;
* Participating in institutional evaluation activities;
* Collaborating in the organization and development of the course.
