The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Proven experience in stock management/leadership, inventory control, and logistics processes is essential. The professional must be capable of managing teams, supervising stock operations, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory processes. Strong computer skills/Excel and ERP knowledge are required. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising stock activities, ensuring adequate supply and product availability. Additionally, you will implement and monitor inventory control systems, ensure compliance with safety and stock regulations, and collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics processes. Leadership, organizational, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills are fundamental to succeeding in this role.
