




- Assemble tubular and multidirectional scaffolds in accordance with NR18; - Segregate and assess materials prior to assembly, together with your supervisor; - Prepare materials (planks, tubes, clamps, and couplers) for assembly according to the specifications provided by your supervisor; - Isolate and signal the assembly and disassembly site; - Assemble scaffolds using a ratchet wrench until the scaffold structure is complete; - Disassemble tubes and couplers using a ratchet wrench; - Collect and stack planks following the procedure, respecting the maximum number of stacked pieces; - Cut planks using a hand saw, with prior authorization from leadership; - Adjust transoms and tubes; - Perform maintenance on assembled scaffolds to revalidate access authorization; - Store couplers in appropriate locations, maintaining proper labeling and part designation; - Safeguard company scaffold components, always placing them in the correct and predetermined locations specified by leadership; - Upon completion of assembly, conduct inspection and complete the safety checklist, then affix the “Scaffold Authorized” sign; - In case of alterations or modifications to the scaffold, it must be cordoned off and marked with the “Scaffold Not Authorized” sign.
