"***Mechanical workshop and motorcycle parts store in the Água Verde neighborhood area — Blumenau, SC is hiring an experienced Motorcycle Mechanic.***" We are seeking a qualified, proactive, communicative motorcycle mechanic with strong interpersonal skills to join our team, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and performance of our customers’ motorcycles by performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs with precision and efficiency. Working hours: 08:00–12:00 / 13:00–18:00 — Monday to Thursday 08:00–12:00 / 13:00–17:00 — Fridays **Responsibilities:** * Perform accurate diagnostics of mechanical and electrical issues across various motorcycle brands and models. * Carry out preventive maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, inspections) and corrective maintenance (repairs, part replacements). * Assemble, disassemble, lubricate, and adjust motorcycle components and systems. * Conduct functional tests and test rides after repairs to ensure service quality. * Assist customers in identifying maintenance needs and optimal use of parts. * Maintain a clean, organized workplace and comply with safety standards. * Stay updated on new technologies and embedded electronic systems in modern motorcycles. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic. * Solid knowledge of general motorcycle mechanics (engines, suspension, brakes, transmission) and basic electrical systems. * Ability to work with motorcycles of varying engine displacements and technologies. * Technical or vocational training in mechanics is desirable. * Proactivity, organization, attention to detail, and good communication skills. * Driver’s license category A (desirable). **We offer:** * Competitive salary and/or commission-based pay. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * A dynamic and well-structured work environment.
