We are looking for a **Logistics Leader** to coordinate logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and on-time delivery, aligned with the company’s standards and objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and guide the logistics team (warehouse, receiving, picking, and shipping); * Plan, organize, and monitor daily operational routines; * Control goods receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch; * Monitor performance indicators (on-time delivery, productivity, damages, losses); * Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and best practices; * Support periodic inventory counts and stock control; * Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes; * Interface with internal departments (procurement, tax, sales, and transportation). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience as a logistics leader, supervisor, or team coordinator; * Knowledge of warehouse, shipping, and transportation routines; * Leadership profile, organizational skills, and decision-making ability; * Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ERP or WMS systems; * Experience managing operational teams; * Knowledge of logistics KPIs. **We Offer:** * Competitive market salary; * Benefits; * Structured work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
