




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, organizing and managing inventory, assisting in cooking, and complying with food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of ingredients and kitchen assistance 2. Maintenance of hygiene and organization of the environment 3. Application of food safety regulations (ANVISA) * **Ingredient Preparation:** Washing, peeling, cutting, grating, and portioning food items. * **Cleaning Maintenance:** Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, equipment, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen floors. * **Organization and Inventory Control:** Organizing the pantry, checking product expiration dates, managing inventory, and ensuring utensils are easily accessible. * **Cooking Support:** Assisting in cooking, plating, and presentation of dishes under supervision. * **Food Safety:** Adhering to health surveillance regulations (ANVISA) and good handling practices.
