**Main Responsibilities** * Management of **accounts payable and receivable**, bank reconciliations, and cash flow. * Recording, verification, and control of **invoices, bank slips, collections, and payments**. * Support for the **monthly accounting closing** and preparation of **financial reports**. * Management of **delinquency** and relationships with customers and suppliers. * Execution of **procurements**, quotations, and **inventory control** of clinical and administrative supplies. * Management of **contracts, facilities, and utilities**, with a focus on cost control and efficiency. * Interaction with internal departments, ensuring **organization, compliance, and confidentiality** of information. * Collaborative work aligned with **Jano Saúde’s values and mission**. **Education/Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. **Professional Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative and financial management, with proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation routines. * Experience in procurement and facilities. * Prior experience in corporate environments or healthcare institutions is a plus. Hard Skills: * Proficiency in financial and banking routines. * Knowledge of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and budgetary control. * Experience with ERP systems and financial tools. * Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Office suite. * Familiarity with the Omni system is desirable.
