The role requires a consultative and analytical approach to identify viable and effective credit recovery solutions, aligning creditor interests with debtor capabilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Negotiate high-value bank debts via telephone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Conduct detailed client assessments, gathering relevant information to define the optimal negotiation strategy; * Request negotiation floor from the responsible manager, submitting case summaries and records of prior discussions; * Analyze information related to credit instruments, asset investigations, and internal creditor requirements using available systems; * Request procedural acceleration from the responsible attorney, suggesting legally viable measures appropriate to the current stage of proceedings, with emphasis on promoting negotiation; * Participate in negotiation events via videoconference or in person, including on-site visits to clients across the operational state; * Conduct asset research and gather information from public sources and specialized websites; * Strategically manage litigated portfolios with values exceeding R$ 200\.000,00 (claim amount). **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proactivity and dynamism; * Analytical and strategic mindset; * Results-oriented; * Regular attendance and punctuality; * Verbal fluency and excellent argumentation skills; * Experience in judicial collection; * Experience managing litigated portfolios involving substantial amounts (exceeding R$ 200\.000,00\); * Basic knowledge of law applicable to key actions in this field (monitory action, collection action, enforcement action). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in complex negotiations and relationship management with high-value clients; * Ability to perform under pressure and lead sensitive negotiations with professional and strategic demeanor.
