Job Summary: Responsible for billing health insurance plans, SUS, and private patients; serving patients, physicians, and insurance providers; verifying reports; and collaborating as part of a team. Verification and monitoring of reports Responsible for billing health insurance plans (e.g., Unimed, Hospitalar, Clinipam, etc.), SUS (BPA, APAC, and AIH), and private patients, including issuing invoices and collecting payments from patients and physicians. Provides telephone and in-person customer service to patients, physicians, and health insurance providers, offering guidance and clarification. Performs verification and monitoring of reports, as well as tracking departmental controls and performance indicators. Collaborates as part of a team, maintaining coordination with other involved departments to enhance process efficiency and service quality.
